Next Level Performance Names New Director of Travel Experiences
Leigh Wilkins has joined Next Level Performance as Director, Travel Experiences, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in event and incentive travel planning and execution. In her previous position with NLP, she oversaw 40 major incentive travel programs annually, “achieving major success in maintaining client relationships and increasing revenue,” according to the company’s news release. Wilkins has worked in the events, entertainment and non-profit industries “helping improve accounts by engaging with the community and deliveringon exceptional initiatives,” the release continues. In her role as Director, Travel Experiences, Wilkins will co-manage the Travel Department with Director, Travel Operations, Jennifer Mazza. Together they will create, plan and deliver incentive programs. “We are excited to have Leigh back on our team,” says Dave Dittman, President of Next Level Performance. “Her extensive experience and industry knowledge will make her a great attribute to our Travel Department, while her hard-working attitude and positive spirit will be a great asset to the company.
