Atari Home Arcade Added to Hammacher Schlemmer Offerings
Hammacher Schlemmer recently announced the addition of the Atari Home Arcade to its lineup. This arcade cabinet delivers a classic arcade experience at home, evoking the pinnacle of arcade gaming during the 1980s with authentic artwork and nostalgic game play without the nuisance of a coin door. A 17" flat-screen LCD displays the pre-installed games’ two-dimensional graphics and colors, while a 3-watt speaker plays accompanying retro sound effects. Select from the Asteroids cabinet (with a knob wheel control and Asteroids, Tempest, Major Havoc, and Lunar Lander games) or Centipede cabinet (with a trackball control and Centipede, Crystal Castles, Millipede, and Missile Command games).
