LandersAchievers, an international recognition and reward platform, has named Scott Landers as CEO and announced a new integration with Microsoft Teams.

Landers brings over 25 years of management experience in the software industry, having previously served as Chairman and CEO of Harver, where he led the integration of key acquisitions and the execution of the company’s post-pandemic strategy. He has also held executive roles at Monotype, MapInfo, and Pitney Bowes. Landers replaces Jeff Cates, who reportedly is pursuing personal interests.

According to the company, Achievers now supports nearly four million employees across more than 600 companies globally.

“It is an honor to join the incredible team at Achievers,” says Landers in the press release. “The company’s mission to change the way the world works is special and inspiring. I am excited for this next chapter of growth and innovation. The world and the workplace are changing. We have an extraordinary opportunity to deliver even more value as companies search for innovative ways to engage, recognize, reward, and listen to their diverse and distributed teams.”

In addition to this leadership transition, Achievers has announced the launch of an app for Microsoft Teams. Built in collaboration with Microsoft engineers, the company says the new app empowers customers with custom branding and real-time recognition capabilities. The app allows people to send recognition during Teams meetings and enables the ability to customize organizational branding to match customer or program names.
