Its international structure also includes IMA Europe, IMA Latin America and IMA Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.

According to the IMA announcement, the breadth of the new board reflects the increasingly interconnected nature of the incentive marketplace, bringing together representatives from gift cards, merchandise, recognition, incentive travel, technology, payments, retail brands and program solution providers. The opportunity for the incoming leadership team will be to turn that broad representation into greater marketplace visibility, practical education and evidence demonstrating how well-designed incentive, recognition, loyalty and engagement programs contribute to measurable business results.
