WorkTango, a Texas-based employee experience technology firm, announces that it is integrating its technology with UKG, a provider of human resources, payroll, and workforce management solutions...The Incentive Research Foundation has named five new trustees to its board. Links Unlimited releases two flip books for events and holiday gifting.

WorkTango, an employee experience technology company, has introduced a partnership with UKG, a provider of HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions to enhance the employee experience. As a result, the companies say, “organizations that utilize both WorkTango and UKG’s Pro, UKG Ready, or UKG Workforce Management platforms are now able to gain deeper insights into employee engagement, foster a more connected workforce, and streamline employee recognition and rewards programs. The companies say that the integration simplifies user management and makes it possible for organizations to synchronize human resources information systems (HRIS) data to WorkTango’s platform to automate employee record provisioning and updates and analyze employee activity data.”
 
With 250 technology and services partners, UKG says it provides one of the largest and most collaborative partner ecosystems in the human capital management industry “focused on creating better employee experiences to improve business outcomes.”
 
“WorkTango’s integration with UKG removes friction for companies already using UKG solutions or WorkTango products; allows organizations to create a more engaged and empowered workforce, and gain valuable people insights while doing so,” says Nadir Ebrahim, Chief Product and Customer Officer at WorkTango.
 

New IRF Trustees Named Nicky Baumohl

 
Nicky Baumohl, President & CEO, Evolutionary Events; Jeremy Bielski, Vice President of Sales, ITA Group, Inc.; Clarence Day, Director, Global Sales, Rosewood Hotel Group, and Joe Fijol, Founder and Principal, Ethos Event Collective have been named to the Incentive Research Foundation board.
 
Jeremy BielskiThe Incentive Research Foundation funds and promotes research to advance the science and enhance the awareness and appropriate application of motivation and incentives in business and industry globally. The goal is to increase the understanding, effective use, and benefits of incentives to businesses that currently use incentives, as well as businesses interested in improved performance.
