Neither engagement nor total rewards are taught anywhere in schools and barely in business precisely when more research demonstrates the value created by having stakeholders highly engaged in the purpose, goals, objectives, and values of any organization.
Backed with unprecedented research on the value created by incentives, rewards, and recognition, the EEA with the support of its sponsors in total rewards
and enterprise engagement, have set out to create the most comprehensive library of concise, authoritative content on all aspects of engagement and total rewards, with links to related solution providers along with a unique training program for engagement sales professionals in total rewards and all aspects of engagement.
Partners for Incentives, a 72-year-old, Cleveland-based incentive company, which sells its services only through third-party marketing, sales, and HR advisory services, is the founding sponsor of the total rewards education series. Others will be announced shortly.
Format. Each topic will consist of a feature article in ESM and RRN weekly newsletters depending on the topic; the ESM and RRN libraries, and Enterprise Engagement Alliance YouTube shows, along with a two-sided PDFs linked to each article. Sponsors receive exposure through all media, as well as the opportunity to participate in YouTube shows and feature articles with independent academic or expert advisors.
Distribution: ESM and RRN e-newsletters, social and web sites: 100,000-plus visitors per month; BrandMediaCoalition.com total rewards EEXAdvisors.com enterprise engagement marketplaces; monthly YouTube shows, with customized versions distributed by sponsors to their own audiences.
Explains Mary Anne Comotto, President of Partners for Incentives, “Our success depends on having sales professionals who understand the basics of our
business but even more importantly possess the selling skills necessary to identify client needs and opportunities, rather than focus on product or service features.”
The article and education series will consist of a program for sales professionals, sponsored by Partners for Incentives, and others to be named shortly, and a separate series for enterprise engagement strategy designers and tactical implementers.
