Two established incentive industry organizations have announced initiatives designed to support their next stages of growth. Women in Incentives Network has named two Global Co-Chairs to strengthen its leadership in North America, the UK, and EMEA. All Star Incentives is the new name for 50-year-old All Star Marketing, a 50-year-old Sturbridge MA-based incentive company.

WiiN Names Christine Rodriguez and Marina Hodges Global Co-Chairs

Marina Hodges and Christine RodriguezWomen in Incentives Network has named Christine Rodriguez and Marina Hodges as its first Global Co-Chairs as the organization expands its regional leadership structure.

Rodriguez will serve as Global Co-Chair for the UK and EMEA, while Hodges will represent North America. Both previously served as WiiN Ambassadors and members of its management team. They will work with the founding team to help shape strategy, strengthen industry partnerships, support WiiN’s management team, and create additional value for its members.

WiiN says it has grown over the past six years into a global community of more than 180 women across over 20 countries in the incentives, loyalty, rewards, and gift card sectors. The organization’s founders will remain involved in its long-term strategy and direction. Rodriguez has nearly 20 years of experience with organizations including Pluxee, Diggecard, BHN, and Tango. Her priorities include expanding membership, strengthening mentoring and education, attracting speakers and partners, and supporting the organization’s financial sustainability.

Hodges is Executive Vice President of Merchant and Payments at SKUx and has more than 25 years of experience in payments and financial services, including 15 years in the incentive industry. She has also held leadership roles with the Incentive Marketing Association, Incentive Gift Card Council, and Retail Gift Card Association. Her goals include attracting women to join WiiN earlier in their careers, expanding into new markets, and providing more accessible educational content.

All Star Incentive Marketing Becomes All Star Incentives

Brian GalonekFollowing the celebration of its 50th anniversary, All Star Incentive Marketing has officially rebranded itself as All Star Incentives, adopting a shortened name and updated visual identity intended to better reflect its position in the incentive, recognition, engagement, and rewards marketplace. The company has transitioned to become a full-service incentive company from its earlier role primarily as a master fulfillment company.

The company says the word “marketing” in its former name sometimes led prospective clients to assume that it operated as a traditional advertising or marketing agency. Removing the word is intended to provide a clearer and more immediate understanding of its expertise in recognition, rewards, engagement, performance improvement, and related SaaS technologies. “Our 50th anniversary became more than a celebration of our history—it became a defining moment to look ahead,” says Brian Galonek, President of All Star Incentives. “We recognized the opportunity to modernize our brand in a way that better reflects who we are today, what we deliver, and where we are headed.”

The refresh includes a new logo and color palette designed around the company’s values of Teamwork, Innovation, Passion, and Empathy. Its longstanding brand statement, “Engage. Motivate. Reward,” remains unchanged.

All Star Incentives provides employee recognition, workplace safety and wellness, sales incentive, customer loyalty, years-of-service, peer-to-peer recognition, and rewards programs supported by its engagement technology and incentive services.
